It is time for me to do something about my weight loss goals. Yesterday I decided to do Keto and start Intermittent Fasting which means I start with two meals a day, first at noon and second between 5 and 6 pm.I was 308 bs and am now down to 289 but want to be 240 within 6 months. I know that is a lot of weight but with a diet change (low to no carbs) lots of fruit and veggies I believe it can happen. I also drink a ton of what throughout the day.

I have seen a lot of success stories on Keto and just want to be one of those.

On Sunday my wife and I went to the Abbotsford Flea Market where you can buy fresh fruits and veggies for really good prices. In fact we were able to get a whole flat of blueberries (12 containers) for $5 which after processing and freezing some we walked away with about 11 good containers. If you live in the Abbotsford area and you are trying something similar I would highly suggest checking it out.

Here is a video of a success story with Dr. Eric Berg (Check Out His Youtube Channel)  and Steve from Calgary. He had some remarkable weight loss on Keto and i dont have that much to lose.
